1.Age and weight for this hipseat?

Sunveno hipseat is suitable for baby who is 0-36 months, 0-20kg. But the best use age ranges from 4 months to 1.5 years old. As most babies start to sit straight alone when they are 4months. When babies are 1.5 years old, sole carrier can be used without straps. U can look through description on page for use instructions.

2.A maximum size belt??

Generally the wait belts can fit for moms or daddies whose waist line is within 80cm-110cm. It means most customers can wear it.

3.The original box will come?

Default shipping pack from China is plastic bubble bag, so that to decrease shipping cost and offer customers best price. But pls don’t worry, delivery baby carrier is safe and sound with plastic bubble bag as it is safe and well sealed. If u need original box, u can click this link for box fee, then a baby carrier with box will be shipped out Default shipping pack from USA, Russia and Spain is with box.

4.Can be used to carry the baby in my back?

We don’t strongly recommend back carry although many parents would like to wear it in back. As it is not safe for baby if he is beyond moms visibility range.

5.Delivery time after I purchase?

Generally it will be shipped within 1-2 days. For most countries, such as USA, RU, AU, NZ and most EU countries, customers will receive it in 10-20 days. But for some remote countries, such as Brazil, Mexico and Chile, delivery time is about 30-60 days. If u prefer fast delivery, we kindly advise u to choose warehouse shipment overseas. USA warehouse is based in California, RU warehouse in Moscow, and ES in Madrid.

6. What is the elastic band in the end?

: It is used to adjust straps. Pls see video below for procedure. Sincerely hope it will help u.

7. Little tips for balance the baby weight to the shoulder and waist.

You can adjusted the straps(the one connects back belt and hipseat) to balance the baby weight to the shoulder and waist.
